ji888 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ji888", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ji888 platform, operated under an international gaming license, accessible at ji888.bio and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any natural person who has registered an account with ji888 and uses any part of the ji888 platform, including sportsbook, casino, slot, and payment services.

• "Real Money Balance" — the PKR balance in a Player's Account comprising deposited funds and realised winnings that are available for withdrawal.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including age verification, identity verification, and source of funds checks, conducted by ji888 in accordance with licensing obligations.

Headings within these Terms and Conditions are provided for convenience of reference only and shall not affect interpretation. References to singular include plural and vice versa. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ji888 and each Player regarding use of the Platform.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain of legal age throughout your use of the Platform;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from ji888 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms;

• You possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and these Terms constitute a legal, valid, and binding obligation upon you.

ji888 reserves the right to request CNIC documentation or other proof of age from any Player at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfied will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be voided. ji888 takes its age restriction obligations with the utmost seriousness as both a licensing requirement and a moral duty to protect minors from access to gambling products.

Each natural person is permitted to maintain one (1) Account with ji888. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To successfully register with ji888, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC;
• Your valid Pakistani CNIC number;
• Your active Pakistani mobile number (used for OTP verification and communications);
• A unique, secure password of your choosing;
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and ji888's Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ji888 will never ask you for your password via support channels. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify ji888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

ji888 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, particularly for accounts with substantial PKR balances or high betting volumes. Accounts found to have been compromised as a result of a Player sharing credentials will not be eligible for loss reimbursement.

ji888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification under its international gaming license. Verification documents may be requested at registration, upon first withdrawal, or at any time thereafter at ji888's discretion. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a selfie holding your CNIC, and in some circumstances, a bank statement or JazzCash transaction record confirming source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by ji888 will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

ji888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours.

All deposits are the exclusive property of the Player and are held in a segregated account separate from ji888's operating funds, in accordance with international licensing requirements. ji888 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR deposit transactions. • ji888 may request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• ji888 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding promotional bonuses from withdrawals where wagering requirements have not been met at time of withdrawal request.

All sports betting activities conducted through ji888 — including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, UFC, football, and all other sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, which are published within the relevant market or event page on the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. ji888 accepts no liability for the outcome of any bet placed on the Platform;
• Bets accepted by ji888 are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player except where a specific cash-out or bet cancellation feature is available and expressly exercised by the Player;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed before bet confirmation;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error or system malfunction, ji888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts;
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to live market rules which may differ from pre-match betting rules, including delayed acceptance and streaming-based odds updates;
• ji888 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any Player at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

ji888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting Players from gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools accessible at any time through the Player's account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling period;
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications remind Players of time elapsed during any gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion, which prevents Account access indefinitely. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months;

Nothing in these Terms limits ji888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by ji888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. ji888's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested;
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
• Violation of the minimum age requirement (21+);
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant and subject to applicable dormancy procedures.

Where an Account is suspended or closed for suspected fraud or Terms breach, all associated funds may be frozen pending investigation. If investigation confirms the breach, funds may be permanently forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a Player's breach — including regulatory requirements — Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, less any applicable deductions, within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing should contact ji888 support. Voluntary closure does not waive any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

ji888 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, withdrawal, or any other Platform service, the following process applies:

Continued use of the ji888 Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you should cease use of the Platform immediately and contact support to request Account closure and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance.
